This LEGAL WARNING furnishes the User with information on the conditions for access and use of the web site www.lacentraldigital.com.

   • The contents included in the Web site, as they are: data, texts, logo, icons, design and image of the Web site (external appearance or “look and feel”), applications, marks, patents, are property or their uses have been authorized to PORTAL LATINO, S.L. These contents can only be used by the user for personal purposes, never commercial, reason why it is prohibited the total or partial reproduction, transmission by any electronic, mechanical procedure specifically or of any other type, its recording or storage in a information recovery system of any kind by no means or modification, unless it is preceded by the corresponding paperwork authorization of PORTAL LATINO, S.L.
   • The model which offers the cultural contents making up the Central Digital corresponds to an access mode which possesses all the legally required authorizations which have already been granted to the owners of the exploitation rights for said cultural contents (scale models, phonograms, video clips, musical scores, audio-visual productions and recordings, multi-media productions, literary texts, journalistic articles, didactic materials in the form of courses...), as well as the licenses necessary and granted by the corresponding Management Entities.



2. CONDITIONS FOR ACCESS TO THE WEB SITE:
   
   
   • Access to certain areas of the web site www.lacentraldigital.com, that is to the areas restricted to the general public, is obtained by first filling out the Application Form for Registration. The User will have to fill out all the sections of the Application Form for Registration, except for those which are expressly indicated as optional. If the obligatory sections are not filled out in their entirety, it will not be possible for the User to register and consequently, access to the restricted areas of the web site will be denied. When the User fills out and accepts the Application Form for Registration, it is understood that he is aware that all of the data contained in the afore-mentioned forms will be used by PORTAL LATINO, S.L. in accordance with what is established in its DATA PROTECTION POLICY and in accordance with what is established in the Organic Law for the Protection of Personal Data, Law 15/1999, of 13 December (hereinafter, LOPD).    • The Application Form for Registration duly filled out by the User will be examined by the managers of Central Digital, who will contact the User and then decide whether or not to accept said application. If the User is accepted, he will be notified by e-mail both of his User Name (login), as well as his Private Access Code (Password), and he will thus become a part of the system of Registered Users.
     
   • The proper use of his Private Access Code (Password) is the exclusive responsibility of the Registered User, and he should keep his password a secret. Failure to comply with what is established in this section, could lead to the denial of access to www.lacentraldigital.com.
     
   • The User should fill out the form with true, exact and complete data and so PORTAL LATINO, S.L. will understand that the data furnished by the User on the Application Form for Registration is correct and reliable. Otherwise, data which comes from sources over which PORTAL LATINO, S.L. has no control and whose verification is not always possible. PORTAL LATINO, S.L. does not guarantee that the data supplied is correct, nor is it responsible for any possible errors or omissions regarding the data supplied by the User. PORTAL LATINO, S.L.will not, then, be considered responsible for any possible damages which may be caused to third parties as a result of erroneous or false information.
     
   • The information obtained by the Registered User from PORTAL LATINO, S.L. will be supplied in a confidential manner and exclusively for the use of the Registered User, under the conditions determined for each particular case.



3. LINKING TO OTHER WEB SITES:

   • PORTAL LATINO, S.L furnishes through the www.lacentraldigital.com web site a digital platform of services, which offers the possibility to promote and provide access to cultural contents (scale models, phonograms, video clips, musical scores, audio-visual productions and recordings, multi-media productions, literary texts, journalistic articles, didactic materials in the form of courses...), following a contractual agreement with the owners of the exploitation rights, and so PORTAL LATINO, S.L. will understand that they are the legitimate owners and will be exonerated from all responsibility against any claims or demands lodged by third parties, whose contents form a part of the platform. They will refer the claimants to the infringer and inform them of the party's address and information, so that the corresponding claims or demands can be filed, resolved or clarified, as long as said regulations do not infringe upon the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD). In addition, PORTAL LATINO, S.L. will be exonerated from any unauthorized use of the contents by third parties.
     
   • PORTAL LATINO, S.L. will not be held directly or jointly responsible for any claims which may be derived from the quality, liability, precision or correction of the contents.



5. RENDERING OF THE SERVICE:
   
   
   • PORTAL LATINO, S.L reserves the right to modify their programs, as well as the systematization of the data supplied and the technical characteristics for access and transmission. When said changes do not allow for a compatible use with the prior versions installed, PORTAL LATINO, S.L. will notify this circumstance through its web site. In addition, they reserve the right to either partially or totally interrupt the services due to technical changes or breakdowns, informing them in advance through its web site if possible, or through any other site set up for this effect.
